We love them. We miss them. We grieve them. And so, we live our lives to make them proud.
Losing a loved one, friend or mentor is difficult and we all deal with grief differently. Many people choose to make a memorial gift in memory of the person they lost. Because their gift is endowed, it will give back to our community forever. Even though the gift may be relatively small, all memorial gifts add up to make a tremendous difference in our community. And, they last forever!
We send a card to the family for every memorial gift we receive. We tell them who made the memorial gift for their loved one, but not the amount. All gifts to the Washington County Community Foundation are tax deductible.
