Lucille’s son, Dale, established this fund through his Will to honor his caring, loving mother. While raising three boys on her own after the death of her husband, Lucille eventually became a teacher in Fredericksburg. Dale knew his mother would love to help future generations of Washington County residents pursue a degree in Education.
