Roscoe and Erma celebrated 61 years of marriage before Roscoe’s death in 2005.  They always said they “loved living and working in Washington County – the people, the activities, and it’s a wonderful place to raise a family.”  This attitude was instilled in all of their children and grandchildren, who all have wonderful memories of Salem and Washington County.  It’s because of this, David and Susan established a fund to support youth camp programs, primarily at Wonder Valley Christian Church Camp, in our county.
