Rodney has been around softball a long time and has coached all three of his daughters at some level including being a volunteer coach at Salem High School.  Andi has also been helping Rodney and the girls with softball as a team mom and amazing fan.  Rodney and Andi wanted to give back to a program that their entire family loves and therefore established this fund to benefit Salem High School Softball.
