Barbara Snell established this fund to honor her late mother.  Jeanette Hoar Hart traveled a lot, but she loved Washington County.  Jeanette was proud of the community that established her agricultural roots so Barbara thought it would be a wonderful tribute to start a fund that would benefit West Washington Jr/Sr High School FFA in their annual activities.
