2014 Women’s Giving Cirlce Tea

The Women's Giving Circle of the Washington County Community Foundation hosted a tea in Spring of 2014. The Tea is a fundraiser that issues grants to provide knowledge, encouragement, empowerment, and hope to women and girls in Washington County.
