Richard and Marcia Grassmyer Touch Tomorrow Fund

The future is what you make of it and Richard and Marcia wanted to help future Washington County residents make the most of their future. That is why they established this Touch Tomorrow in 2015, while Richard was a member of the Board of Directors.
