Maxine and her daughters established this fund upon Warren’s passing to commemorate his life.  This scholarship fund will award a scholarship to graduates from Washington County high schools who intend to study Theology and/or Music.  This scholarship may also be awarded to a non-traditional student (someone who has been out of high school for several years) who intends to study Theology and/or Music.)
