Fred S. and Anna T. Elliott Touch Tomorrow Fund

Descendants of Fred and Anna Elliott created this fund to honor them and continue their legacy of being generous and helping others. The Fred and Anna Elliott Touch Tomorrow Fund will be used to improve the lives of the residents of Washington County forever.
